We stamp out metal components with world-class presses yielding quality results. We have 7 automatic presses from 200 to 660T.
hand presses
Our team is focused on ensuring our hand presses produce a high-quality product. Our team operates 4 hand presses from 110 to 250T.
welding
We are experienced in metal fastening and have more than 20
fully- and semi automated weld cells as well as a skilled team for manual welding processes.
coating
Depending on the specifications, precision coating is often our next step in the process following pressing. We partner with multiple nearby finishing providers to guarantee the best application and cost for your product.
After coating, our expert team provides assembly services for many of our products.
engineering capabilities
Our engineering services include manufacturing engineering, design for manufacturability, product design assistance and FEA analysis, die design, robotic weld and assembly cell design, check fixture design, process poke yoke and camera inspection, a full suite of CAD packages and more.
Welding, VA & assembly
We assemble a wide range of different components. Our assembly team conducts automated inspections to ensure parts are fully functional. We are experts in metal fastening including GMAW welding robotic and manual; resistance welding spot and projection; assembling multi-component mechanisms; fastener torquing; DC tools; latch assemblies; riveting, tox joints, clinch fasteners and more; tapes, felts and grease; and automated inspection.

We are IATF-certified. Developed by the International Automotive Task Force, IATF 16949 certification is a mandatory industry requirement that aligns automotive quality management systems throughout the world. It defines the quality system requirements for the design, development, manufacturing, installation and servicing of automotive-related products.
